Any one know how I can tell if a ceramic bean pot has lead?
I saw a very nice ceramic pot with lid for baked beans and I would love to buy it, but am afraid of lead. On the bottom, it says made in Taiwan. How can I tell if it is safe?
Better safe than sorry–don’t buy it. Sorry but it probably is for decorative purposes. These day we are aware of the dangers for years we were not and no telling how many of us have been contaminated unduly.
